Exercising in sand is quite tougher then usual as it provide less stability. For attempting a simple step we need to put more efforts. But mind it! The best way is to exercise hard.

- Apply lots of sunscreen

- Avoid the compacted stuff near the water

- Go bare foot on a soft area
